The attention to detail that built this company is the same attention that goes into every home we deliver.
Zaboss Concepts was founded by Alex and Ivan Zabolotskiy on an obsession with the details most builders overlook. As their reputation grew, clients kept asking for the same thing: could they build the entire home to that standard?
Today Zaboss is a ground-up luxury custom home builder and remodeling specialist, serving the greater Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington metro on projects from high-end remodels to $10M-plus custom homes. The standard that built the company has never changed. It simply found a larger canvas.
We don't talk you out of what you want. We find the way to build it.
Alex & Ivan Zabolotskiy
We work on projects ranging from $500K to $10M+. The right budget depends on your lot, your program, and your finishes, and we'll give you a real number in our first conversation.
We manage both, though we don't design in-house. We partner with some of the region's finest independent architects for the design, then build it ourselves and oversee every trade directly. One team is accountable from the first drawing to the final walkthrough.
Most ground-up custom homes take 12 to 20 months from permit to final walkthrough, depending on size and complexity. We'll give you a realistic timeline before we break ground.
Yes. Alex and Ivan are on every project. You won't be passed to a project manager or a crew you've never met. The people you hire are the people who build your home.
We build across SW Washington and NW Oregon, primarily Clark County, the Portland metro, and surrounding communities. See the map below for full coverage.
Both. We take on high-end remodels, from kitchens and bathrooms to whole-home renovations, with the same standard we bring to ground-up builds.
We stay close to home on purpose. Knowing the soil, the slopes, and the permitting offices means fewer surprises and a better-built home.

We work with a select number of clients each year. If you have a project in mind, we'd love to hear about it.
